描述:NK-92是从一位患有急进性非霍奇金淋巴瘤的50岁白人男性外周血单核细胞衍生来的一株白细胞介素-2依赖型NK细胞株。 这株细胞对很多恶性细胞有细胞毒性;铬释放试验显示它能杀死K562和Daudi细胞。 NK-92细胞(经过照射以防止增殖)可以有效地用于血液中白血病的体外免疫清扫而不危及血细胞的功能。 NK-92细胞有以下特征: CD2, CD7, CD11a, CD28, CD45, CD54表面标记阳性,CD56亮;CD1, CD3, CD4, CD5, CD8, CD10, CD14, CD16, CD19, CD20, CD23, CD34和HLA-DR表面标记阴性。
